British Guernsey Goats are descendant from the small remaining herd of Golden Guernsey Goats on the British island of Guernsey. This heritage breed of goats was nearly consumed by the Nazi's in World War Two save for hidden herd. This breed is known for their high protein and milk fat content as well as their docile and sweet nature.
Basil and Birch were the first British Guernsey's born on the farm. They were born to Brocade at 3:30am. Previous to British Guernsey's we mainly raised Nubian's.
